Intelcom? Since Ebay tracking doesn't tell me anything once my package enters customs, it took a while to find that my Amazon delivery guy has the vase I bought for my wife. I'm used to seeing Purolator, Canada Post or some other person in uniform deliver my ultra expensive shipping package to my door, not the 21 year old driving the 2003 black honda civic, who often leaves my package in the lobby, although he does call first, generally.
Oh well. Another week or so. We'll see how much glue I'll need once it arrives.
Thank Ebay.

It's no different than Amazon.
It's not eBay tracking or Amazon tracking.
Tracking is provided by whichever company the vendor you purchased from utilizes to deliver your purchase.
If you purchase from the U.S., often tracking will end when the item arrives in Canada.
My '21 year old driving the 2003 black honda civic' drives a white van (Intelcom) and always opens my screen door and places my delivery in my front entrance inside my home if the front door is open. Otherwise it's placed between the two doors.
I also receive an email from them advising that it's out for delivery, the name of the delivery person, and also when it's delivered; often with a photo.
Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, Pitney, etc. have inconsistent tracking, and often leave deliveries wherever their mood suits them.
Complain to the vendor or delivery service if you are unhappy.
Intelcom has even provided you with the delivery person's name.
If the item delivered isn't as described, which includes damaged or broken, go to the Resolution Centre, select, "I received an item that does not match the seller's description", and follow the directions.

Why, if you purchased the vase here on eBay, is it being delivered by Amazon?
