I went to add a tracking number to an order today and noticed that ALL tracking numbers from Aug. 5 until now have disappeared from my shipped items. I was positive that all orders had tracking added up until yesterday, but started to question myself as to whether I could have possibly forgotten to add them. Then I noticed that a few of the items not showing a tracking number were showing as DELIVERED, so they obviously did have tracking. Has anyone else experienced this?

Someone else mentioned it but they said that although the tracking number didn't show on the orders page, it did show up when they clicked on the order details of each individual item. I don't know if yours is the same.

Yes there are other reports of this. I started a new thread in this forum about it.

This happened a few weeks ago, was fixed and now the problem is back, worse than before.

Before, just SOME tracking numbers disappeared. This time ALL are disappearing and worse, the tracking number is not even showing in the 'Order Details' link like it was before, so there is no proof whatsoever that it was ever entered on time.

So, this creates openings for late shipping defects, buyer complaints of poor service and slow shipping and other problems, all because Ebay can't keep their site working properly,..

Are yours all manually entered or some with a 3rd party like Shippo or CP? There have been reports of this happening off and on with dot com.It seems to be mostly 3rd party connected.

As sellers, most should have access to any inputted item tracking numbers. The biggest concern in all of this is what is eBay/buyers seeing and is this ongoing glitch randomly but inaccurately affecting sellers defects?
