So, over the last few days this error keeps showing up. If I go back oh, maybe in an hour or two it probably will work. But it is annoying.
tyler@ebay could the folks in IT have a look? That is a very important section of the site, especially if I am trying to make changes that might help sales for customers State Side for upcoming season.

Hi @retroman_studios - that's really interesting. I want to get this to them, but have to ask the obligatory questions so we get a quicker answer:
What browser are you seeing this happening with?
Is this just happening from the listing page and bulk edit tools or is it also happening on the My eBay>Account>Business Policies page too?
Have you done the typical troubleshooting (clear cache and cookies, restart PC, etc)?

Sorry have not gotten to you sooner. I have not had any issues lately so unsure what's happening. I will be sure to do the troubleshooting steps.
For now looks like it's a glitch that is gone.

Well, last few days I again can't edit or create my shipping policies. I cleared my cookies and even tried Microsoft Edge. No go.
In Chrome, it says connection refused, in Edge it just says it can't find it.
I am on the Telus network, and if I use my mobile phone using Chrome Mobile while connected to the Shaw Mobile, (my provider is Freedom Mobile) I can edit.
So it looks like Telus is on a blacklist for that domain for some reason.....
