Paypal charged $7.00 more than the exchanged Canada / us rate. I checked and all I could find was ( if you are in US and buy using PayPal it is free as the buyer). It specified US buyer. That got me looking, nothing was mentioned about a Canadian buyer. Anywhere. If there is a charge for Canada buyers that would explain why Paypal charged that 7$. Can anyone explain.. or is there another reason for the $7.00

I bought this item 363097096932 on Sep 13, 2020, never received anything. I've tried before to contact the resolution center but the answer was always the same(because of covid). Now, I'm trying to get a refund but can't find this item from my purchase history list in the eBay ASK FOR A REFUND PAGE. The seller is dream_online_store ( Not a member anymore) the order number is 25-05778-77241 I can find the item in my purchase history from 2020 but, when I try to find by item number in the search box where you ask for a refund, eBay can't find it so impossible to ask for a refund.

I have an issue with 2 items that I returned to a buyer. Each buyer recieved a refund for cards I mailed them. Both rec'd their refunds but are refusing to return the cards to me.

Hello, I am a person selling one item so I set up a PayPal account to recieve the payment. When I reviewed the draft of my ad, it shows icons of all the credit cards along with the PayPal icon. How do I change that since I can't accept credit card payments? Or does PayPal take the credit card and pay me by deposit into my bank? I am so new at this and quite confused! TIA

eBay does not offer me the option to mark the item as shipped and Paypal shows absolutely no activity. Anyone else have this problem? No idea how to move forward.

Ebay has stated that under Managed Payments Canadians will no longer be allowed to have their funds deposited into a USD bank account. They are "working on a solution." However, I do not believe this will be a priority since their main priority should be getting back the ability to sell newly restricted items. There is no reason this should be difficult. Paypal allows it. They can just figure out how Paypal does it and do the same. I would like to know what the conversion costs will be and how they will determine the exchange rate under Managed Payments. To me this just seems like a way to nickle and dime.

For sellers that have products listed in Ebay.com and Ebay.ca Will they be able to receive USD and CAD respectively and get them to deposit into the respective accounts. IE US chequing account/ savings , Canadian Chequing/ saving. That would be very important question for those that sell on Ebay.com and Ebay.ca

I made a request to the Seller to cancel my order and he said he would cancel the order on April 14, 2010 at which time he said he would provide a refund and to allow a few days. I have waited 10 days and I still haven't received a refund or a notice that a refund was made. I have contacted the Seller again to remind him that I have not received a refund or a notice of a refund being made. Please understand, the item was never shipped as there was a ban on all shipping due to the coronavirus situation. I have since purchased a watch so I no longer need one. I really would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please provide a full refund as the Seller assured me he would provide a full refund. Thank you, R. Hebner P.S. I do not have a Paypal account and I would like to have a full refund provided to my credit card as soon as possible.

So I link my PayPal with my bank account and then link to my PayPal was my eBay account I found something on eBay with my PayPal account that was dumb to my bank account and then it took money in PayPal took money from my bank account saying that I paid for what I bought on eBay eBay saying I paid for it but PayPal is also saying that the payment is pending but it also already took money from my bank account so I'm very confused on the seller saying I haven't paid them my money is missing and I don't know what's going on is Paypal scamming me or is eBay scamming me

Payment was suppose to be today but was extended to the 19th meanwhile the item was delivered 10 days ago. How am I suppose to pay for fees on time when you arbitrarily change my payment dates.

On September 18th a buyer purchased a video camera from me. He paid eBay and I have proof. It is now three weeks later and yet eBay has not paid me. I have had over 5 hours of conversations with eBay and Paypal and each one sends me to the other. In one of my many phone calls with a Paypal supervisor I am told that eBay now has their own payment processing system apart from Paypal. Therin lies the problem. It's an amount of $675 and in spite of my runaround from eBay support people over the past three weeks, no one knows anything. I ask for a supervisor but they never escalate my case. They just ask for me to repeat everything again and again with no resolution. I have given up and chose to file a complaint with the BBB in San Jose. That may go nowhere but it's a desperate move to get someone's attention. This is just another example of a corporate giant that needs your business but when you have a problem, they want you to ask for help from one of their other unhappy customers. (communities and forums)) IE: "don't bother us...we're busy running to the bank"

I recieved an email from Paypal stating "You authorized a payment to Shippo of 45.00". The 45.00 includes, 25.00 shipping and 20.00 for the item I sold. Why did they take the 20.00 for my sold item? Is this an error or is this normal? Can anyone tell me why? I tried to look around in the forum and on Shippos site, but couldn't find anything to answer my question. Thanks for taking the time to help a newbie out!

I just received a refund for my item on paypal. But I payed with my bank account originally, apparently paypal immediatly sends the money back to my bank account after being refund as soon as they get the money. But in my bank account there is no sign of my money being added. How long does it takes to appear in my bank account? I don't want to lose my money because right now I have nothing on my paypal, and nothing added to my bank account . Thanks! (the refund has been "received" today , I know it takes some time but i will soon need this money , I just want to know how long does it takes to appear in the bank account.)

Hello. im in Canada, and I sell primarily to the US roughly 99% of my items (in my other account), what happens when managed payments roll out this summer? I heard the US gets it this Summer. Since im not in the US what happens? Do i have to switch to the .ca site until Canada is rolled out? am i missing important info I should know about? thanks!

I purchased an item using my credit card as clearly indicated in transaction. Seller sent wrong item. Seller refunded the $10.30 to PayPal????? but i don't have a PayPal account. So i obviously didn't receive any refund. How do i report this to Ebay? I can't find how to do it anywhere and the transaction says this transaction is now complete. Thank you in advance for any help.
