You have to be a low volume seller... with 6 or less listings submitted for vehicles..January 1 to December 31 of a year.
The only vehicles I have to sell is ... a set of Tonka "jeeps".....

Six free listings even if you list more than 6 listings... normal fees start at listing 7....

At more than 6 listings you become a high-volume seller.... with different fees than as a low-volume seller....
My Tonka " jeeps" do not qualify..... FVF are too high.....

I will have the 6 free vehicle listing a year until I am 96 years old!!!
