Can't sign in to my other accounts

I just came back from vacation and I can't sign in to my other accounts.  Shows me boats or buses and then says that's not a match.  Tried it several times.

I have no issue on this laptop signing into my multiple accounts.  However my listing laptop (with scanner) has the same issue today that you are having.  And the issue started today!

There have been quite a few reports of this happening to quite a few people.  Is it being worked on?

My husband wanted me to sign into one of his accounts today and the exact same thing

happened to me but only on Edge.  I could sign into his account on Firefox. But others are reporting problems of not being able to sign in on multiple browsers.

I was getting a sign in error at one point. The fix was to hit enter a second time after I received the error. I don't remember if it was the same one you received. This was on the Chrome Browser on Windows. 

Very strange that it would work doing that, but it worked for me.

Really I'm almost afraid to say that so far sign ins have been ok for me.

As noted in a different thread (when I couldn't sign out) I'm one of those weird folks that actually signs out every day so I'm signing in each morning, so far ok (and I'm now touching wood too).

PS Signing in and out of both .COM and .CA using Chrome.

this has been happening every day to me for last two weeks when i shut off the computer using  CCleaner which i have done for two years and it is never a problem  -- when i shut it off using a regular shut down procedure  for my laptop  it works perfectly no problem  have heard from my friends the same thing happening to them then they have to get it to reset you password over again taking time  and losing money -- to correct this waste of time usually 10 minutes to complete reset and start listing -- i just don't use CCleaner program -- my friends have other companies programs that do the same thing clean your computer making it safe  and to shut off the computer --

just my two cents -- maybe this will get fixed maybe it won't -- i just have a resetting email on speed dial to as quick as i can reset my password to the same password over again

Mine seems to be working too.  Hopefully they have fixed it.
