You can still use PayPal to pay for eBay purchases. You would just need to update CC info in PayPal and then choose that option when it is time to pay. Method I use for paying any balance overage for shipping supplies/taxes.
I think if you go to "My Ebay", the personal info list is on the left side but in the middle is "Payment Information", I think it is there. I use computer (not the app).
No, it has my bank account and not my credit card. I had 2 Walmart credit card and I had them both on eBay, I lost one so I cancelled it, but I don't remember which one. I need it to get my shipping supplies coupon.
Sorry, it's harder to tell what "payments" means since the payouts! I know my bank info is there under the "Payment Information" also but under the bank info is "Add Payment Option", I thought that was it but I guess not. Sorry! Someone here should know!
