Tracked Packet International includes Delivery Confirmation, which is not exactly tracking but is what Paypal and eBay are looking for.
Small Packet International does not include either DC or tracking.

Yes, you are right! Thank you for your correction!
I use almost exclusively small/light packets. Russia in on my "no-no" list because of extreme delays in delivery (+6 weeks).

All depend on weight, dimension and where you want to ship... But basically you should have a tracking number with the following service :
Int'l Parcel - Surface (4-6 weeks)
Int'l Parcel - Air (10-20 business days)
Tracked Packet Int'l (7 business days)
Xpresspost (4 business days)
Priority Worldwide Pak (1-3 business days, depend on the country)
... Cheers

For your information, Tracked Packet IS include tracking number which you can see from A to B, B to C, C to D, to arrival of buyers.
It is beyond that you would think it doesn't include tracking number when in fact we are paying $45.50 or more to International countries? I have send many packets to International countries by Tracked Packet and I have seen the tracking information of each item. I have to admit that Tracked Packet to International countries are more faster than XpressPost!!
