If anyone recently has tried to purchase shipping supplies using their coupon and had issues and were not able to view the 21 items it should be working properly now. Was in contact with the seller and when he checked. His response below.
"at first I wasn't able to see the products on our store either and had to clear the cache within the browser to be able to view them. You could also try incognito mode with your internet browser which should work just as well to view the items as expected."
I checked after receiving email and all appears good.
