How long do i wait for buyer to respond before shipping paid item

I responded immediately to buyers request for a quicker shipping service. I haven't had a response from the buyer for 10 hours.

I responded with more shipping options.

Do I ship or wait for response.

The item is paid for and the and the shipping included in the listing is paid (Expedited was offered).

BUYER - I need these quickly...can you over night them or 2 day shipping ?

I agree. Give him until noon.

He may have sticker shock.

You can bill him for the extra cost of Priority Post using Paypal's Send Money service.

If he does not pay it, ship by Expedited.
