Here are three questions that I have:
1) I am mailing a package of Canadian yarn to the US today, will the tariff apply if it is mailed before the tariffs take effect?
2) Are you warning your buyers that they may be charged tarrif fees on you listings?
3) I sell mostly craft items on eBay, quite a percentage are made in the US, does that mean that because I am re-selling to the US that they wont be eligable for tariffs?
