Is There A Bulk Listing Preference to Turn Off Best Offer?

Every time I create a new listing, it defaults with a Best Offer option. I don't want Best Offers. So I have to manually turn it off each time. And sometimes I forget. I list in the app, so not sure if this makes a difference.

This morning, about 12 of my listings automatically had Best Offer added to them. Anyone know how this happened? I got a notification at around 3am. I had to go in to each listing manually to turn them all off. UGHHH!

What may be happening is recently you created/relisted/sell similar something with that had this feature turned on. Now every time you make a listing/relist/sell similar they have it turned on also. I've had the same issue for years with Russian Federation added to each and every new listing/relist. In my settings it's set as a blocked country. Can't fix it no matter what I do. I believe eBay calls these Grandfathered (Grandmothered to be PC) listings. Even clearing cache and cookies makes no difference. (This is on a PC).

Maybe... but it was weird because I'm convinced they all got "turned on" only when I received the email titled "Your listings can now accept offers to attract more buyers".

It was definitely only new listings from a few days ago.

I'll keep an eye on things. I'm getting tired of Ebay trying to force me to list with Best Offer!!!

eBay automatically adds Best Offer if they feel it's a stale item or is overpriced. There is no permanent off button.

eBay wants sales to happen now now now, irregardless of the price or cost to seller. So when you create listings, just edit your minimum best offer to a few pennies below your price and you shouldn't have to worry as much.

Ebay randomly added "Best Offer" to another 15 of my listings this morning, and it's getting annoying!

Is this happening to anyone else???
