Is there some kind person here that could to the new post rates chart?

I find it very hard to see the links given from CP, my eyesight is poor. I would love to have one of those charts that someone here used to make up so that we could copy it.

My husband sends free booklets etc. to the US and Canada, and sometimes UK, we also have kids, grandkids and great grandkids in the US so we can send cards and books etc to them. I need to be able to see the new rate easily.

I just print to a good size, cut and tape on a larger pc of cardboard to keep handy.
