I swear I go through this every quarter - I never seen to receive the message with the code directly so I have to go hunting for it - google where to find it and then I'm usually good. This time I can't seem to find it at all - it is not above my watchlist which is where I think I usually find it and it is not auto-populating on my order which it also sometimes does - anyone have any idea if it has been released and where I might find it?

Today's a holiday for them, I suspect that will make it a day or so later than usual...... I don't see it anywhere yet either

For majority of concerns eBay Canada related, eBay HQ is slow on the followthrough. That includes new features, problem solving, updates and those coupons 4 times per year. Patience is usually required so all you can do is keep checking.

Calling eBay will just be frustrating at best, no matter what you tell them or what they promise customer service have ZERO power to speed it up.
That said if we get to August and you still don't have it then maybe a call will make you feel better.

I also haven't received the shipping supplies coupon yet. I spoke with an eBay agent and they know the situation is affecting many members. He told me that some sellers were contacting them today about this issue and they are currently working on it so we can get the shipping supplies coupon.
We have to wait patiently, their technical teams are working to resolve the problem.
If you call or chat with them about this issue, you will be put on their priority list.
Besides, in my case, I always receive the notification via my email address.

As a side if you are signed in on dot com and check your hub page under Store, there is a tab marked the Subscriber offers. I guess that 1 was not added to the ca page for some reason. Would make it easier to find for anyone looking for it. Versus relying on that dang email to show up.
According to facebook help there is a ticket on subject. It's being looked into.
