I noticed there is a change in Make Offer. Many of my items include Make Offer button and when 2 buyers make offers, there is no options for me to accept it or to counteroffer, only to decline them.
I sold lots of items through Make Offer, very few declined them and now there is no option for counteroffer, so I may be losing many potential buyers that way.
I remembered seeing one seller saying in his listings that we have only one offer (meaning more more up to 3 offers) and I didn't think until I got make offers and realized it is happening. Why would eBay remove those options for counteroffer or accept. Anyone knew? Thanks.

They haven't removed it. Click on the box with the offer information and you will be able to accept or counter. The thread that dennis linked to may have more information for you.

This is beyond ridiculous, leaving sellers to search all over to respond to an offer. It should be crystal clear. Whoever thought this one up should be given a pink slip.
I'm tempted here to use 'honeybed's favourite word -- insane!

The total lack of common sense is clearly defined here.
