devon@ebay Sorry for the new thread but there are several open and multiple requests for official comment from ebay have been ignored. So i wanted to open a fresh thread so you could see it and please get us a reply.
As you should be aware a grwoing number of us still do not have our Feb 4th payments. We have all been fed various stories. Can you please officially comment on this issue?
The payments were sent on Feb 4th, never arrived, and then changed to in progress on Feb 7th and still have not arrived. Subsequent payments have been received without issue. Multiple users on this forum alone reporting the issue. At this point no one cares what the issue is, pay us, and then go figure it out on your own time. Please comment.

This may be nothing...
But, how many of you are getting "daily" payouts, and was the affected payment on Feb 4th a "Daily" or "Weekly" for each of you?
My payouts are set for weekly and mine have come through with no issues, I also registered for MP with my SIN and have never had a payout issue, so far.
Now, what is your combo for the above?
There must be a common thread with all the missing payouts that got exploited. Now, eBay and Adyen are evidently in silence mode to prevent other players from exploiting what happened...
And I agree Devon is MIA or as was said he got muzzled.
...and counting!

For what it's worth I sent the following to basically any ebay email address i could come across.
I am reaching out to you directly because every other attempt to resolve this matter has utterly failed.
My scheduled eBay payout from February 4 has not been received. On February 7, the status changed to "In Progress," and it has remained stuck there ever since. This is completely unacceptable.
This is not just my issue—dozens of sellers, as reported on eBay’s own forums, are experiencing the same problem. Despite repeated inquiries, eBay's customer support has been entirely unhelpful, providing vague responses, empty assurances, and no real solutions.
Let me be clear: This is theft. eBay is withholding sellers’ funds with no explanation, no transparency, and no resolution in sight. Sellers rely on these payouts to sustain our businesses, and this ongoing delay is causing financial harm.
I demand immediate action. This issue must be addressed, payouts must be released, and sellers deserve a clear, public acknowledgment of what is happening. If this is not resolved promptly, I—along with many others—will have no choice but to escalate to regulatory authorities and public channels.
I expect your urgent response and a firm commitment to fixing this immediately.

I'm in the same boat as you, weekly payout, provided SIN (although it was a while ago), and no issues receiving the payment.
I know one poster said they were on daily payouts and got Feb 5 and 6 no problem. Based on another post, I think another poster might have been on weekly payouts (because they referenced the Feb 11 payout which was a week later).

Gave SIN before Feb 4th, Got Feb 11 payout not Feb 4th

I get weekly payouts and have never had a problem before February 4 and received my February 11 payout with not problems. I don't remember giving them my SIN nor signing up for Managed Payments. I can't find anywhere where it says I have or not.
I was doing some searching and came upon the Updated Payments Terms of Use, effective February 4, 2025. I find that date quite the coincidence. I read through it (as best I could - I'm not a lawyer) and in it, the eBay entity that manages payouts for Canada is listed as is their physical address. No email and only a generic link in the useless help section. Also found their "Our Liability" paragraph and I wasn't impressed. It's under Section 7.
You can find the document here:
Payments Terms of Use | eBay.ca
I am going to send a physical letter to the eBay payment entity for Canada and see what happens.

If you had not "signed up" for Managed Payment you would have never received a single penny in payouts (after early 2022 when all sellers were induced into MP).
I highly doubt that the submission of an SIN is relevant in any way, most if not all those who are missing the Feb 4 payout have received subsequent payouts.

I really don't know what to do anymore. I've tried reaching out to askebay on twitter, they say they cannot help with payment issues and refer me back to general support, who then tells me various things, like oh it's coming, and i can escalate if you want, they will not and cannot do anything else besides that according to them. I have emailed as many people as possible and tried to reach some help on these forums, all to absolutley no avail. This is several hundred dollars for me which i need, nevermind the fact it is my money.
I literally don't know what else to do, anyone got any thoughts? devon@ebay anything? something? i mean complete silence, seriously??

Well, i would say hit social media hard, informing Canadian Ebay sellers of the situation and looking for more people who have been affected by this.
Most Canadian networks have help shows like gopublic, marketplace etc that may be intrested in helping. Given the amounts of money involved now and what looks like a cover up or at least a stonewall in place from Ebay, that adds interest to the story and makes it something media outlets would be more keen on covering.
If anyone has a lawyer they know they could explain the situation and ask for advice.
Final step would be to call the police/rcmp tell them the story and see what they suggest.
I'm wondering if all these threads or even this entire forum will disappear all of a sudden. It would be a good idea for people affected to start making contact arrangements with others affected outside of this forum, so communication can continue unrestricted.

You could try contacting your local member of parliament and/or chamber of commerce. They have the ability to reach the people at the top who may not even be aware of the problem.

Just got another email from someone who is hopefully higher up at eBay with a no new information update.
Was just told again, they are aware of it, it's high priority and they are working on it with no ETA but they will provide one when they can.
I replied that was unacceptable, we should be paid while they research the issue, and that several users across the threads have been discussing legal options.
I will keep you all updated with any additional info i receive.

Time to call the cavalry:

@ericsells75 "we should be paid while they research the issue"
That may be the actual ISSUE, they do NOT KNOW who to "Pay" as they are unaware as to how many "Members/Accounts" have been...
Affected
Infected
Hacked
Suckled On
_______ and whatever else any of you can add to that list.
That's a lot of research when you are trying to "keep a lid on the matter"....

Nothing is 2 secs on eBay, except maybe the fees getting charged to our accounts.
