I got the message that my ad campaign has been cancelled. I have tried every way I can think of to renew it. I just want 2% for every listing, I mostly sell low cost items but I need to promote them a bit.
Can anyone tell me an easy way to do this please?

Thanks for your reply, I am just not sure how to start the process, there are 3 options and I don't know which is the one where I can put in the percentage I want for each listing. I really appreciate you help.

Has eBay started a new thing, behind the scenes ending sellers promotions(ad campaigns)? Another seller got a message the other day regarding offsite promotions being cancelled as a variation to this report.

PS. If you try creating a new campaign will it let you choose the 2 %? Wondering if they (eBay)has illiminated that amount as a sellers choice and upped the amount minimum. My new suggested when i recently created promotions were 9% and higher

No, I can't even find the amount I can add, so many hoops to jump through!

They moved things around a short time ago. Now naming, length of time for promotion (default is continuous) and % are near the very end of the process. The previous version was much more user friendly. Now you really have to watch what are defaults. I find myself double double checking my creation. Also, if you have more than I believe 100 or more than 1 page of items you have to switch to the proceeding pages to make sure all the listings you want included are included. Choosing all is not perfect from my recent tests.

Since you list on .com you would do it on .com. Go to sellers hub / active listings. Click on the ones you want to edit or if you want to do them all click on the box next to Actions. Click the dropdown under Actions at the top and click on Promote. Next to General campaign strategy click on the button on the right so that is on/blue. Click on the fixed ad rate box and enter the ad rate below that. Apply.

From Promotions screeen:
1. Choose General
2.Add listings and check off to meet your requirements....price etc
3. Choose eBay Categories or your own. Select
4. Choose % Apply single rate or varied/Name Promotion/Choose end date or continuous
5. Launch

Something weird happened recently to promoted listings. Recently, only about 5% of my sales were "promoted". Usually, more than 60-70% sell as promoted.
The weird "offsite" message appears again.
My campaign has ended or been paused? I never promoted my items offsite - never started such a campaign. My listings are rather unique and are easy to find "offsite" - usually are on the first or second place in Google results. I doubt I need any additional promotion.

I can't find the listing quality report. I have had promotions for several years. I thought I had reactivated it, but it is still saying it has ended or been paused.
I am waiting for a sale, hoping it will say if it has been sold with promotion. I don't know what else to do.

It must be a glitch. I started an additional offsite campaign, which is running. And still get this weird "your campaign has ended or been paused" message.

A short update. I got my first invoice for offsite campaign, for ONE day. $1.60 for 5 clicks. Number of sold items: 0. 😄
So yes, now "my campaign has ended" message is finally true, because I terminated the campaign immediately 😄

Thanks for sharing your test results. Me thinks I don't want clicks that badly!!! Like paying fees for an auction when it doesn't sell.

My yesterday's traffic report shows 135 "free" clicks, which resulted in 2 sales, and 5 "paid" clicks, which resulted in 0 sales. I've learned my lesson... 🙄

Paid clicks aren't really for general sellers. It's really designed for either very high value items or brands with a small number of skus of popular items (at least several sales a day of an item).
