When I clicked on the link it goes to  a page has moved error.

If you are invited, it will show up on your summary page under "promotional offers". I didn't receive an email, discovered it by accident. Nice surprise!

Yes that's where I found it as well...........when you clicked on the link "learn more"  did yours go to an error page?

I just saw the promo in the Promotion Offers in My eBay. I have the promo section at the top of All Selling which is the default view I have setup for when I go to My eBay.

As usual, read the terms carefully. No surprises from what I can see. It does show as Active on the right in My eBay but be careful because it does not start until tonight at midnight on each site (ET on eBay.ca and PT on eBay.com). You can only see the promo for each site on the site you are logged into. Meaning I only see the ca promo on eBay.ca and com promo on eBay.com in My eBay. I wonder if the usage count will be visible on both sites like it was in the past.

I find this a nice way to know if you are invited or not. It is early notification and quite visible the way I have setup my eBay view.

I didn't receive this one but....800,000 listings?  Are there really that many sellers out there that can actually take advantage of this?  Just curious.

...actually 1,600,000 listings if you list on .ca and .com too!

How does ebay pick and choose who gets invited to these promotions? I only found out about this reading here and checked the 'promotional offers' section and there is nothing there.  I find it odd only some sellers get this offer while others don't.

I didn't get the previous one, but got this one. 🙂 I think it is just random. Or maybe if you get one, you do not get the other.
