No sells, what now, need help

Hi

Seems to me ebays dead, I have 650 items and no sells for 2 weeks. I do have the lowest price, added shipping in us, international to tracking countries, check every text for cell phone compatibility, 30 Days Returns Accepted buyer pay, I day shipping, redid the store, even did a promotion 10% and 15% off.  I am also redoing the text (more helpfull and attractive). What now?

Found this on the US community site:
The eBay search algorithm gives every listing a "reputation" over time.
The longer it sits on the eBay shelves, or the more impressions and click-throughs it gets without sales (conversion rate), then the lower that reputation becomes ... it will eventually fall off the first page and lower and lower in rank.
Alternatively, a multi-quantity listing that gets a lot of sales will get a good reputation and rank higher in search.

It's said 'From Canada" for years and has not impacted my sales......as I said most buyers don't even notice it because they express surprise if I ever mention that i'm shipping from Canada. In any event, I can't see a mass boycott of Canadian sellers by US buyers because a big chunk of the US population does not support the actions of Trump's trade war. I could maybe see it decreasing sales a bit, but not stopping them dead.

When I went to the .com site with a US IP I found that many of my items were still decently placed in best match; about the same as they've always been, despite losing TRS recently (i'm not offering free returns). I even tried to buy one of my items and I got all the way to the point where I was supposed to pay without anything happening that might discourage a buyer from completing the transaction.

I just don't see any reason for my US sales to have come to a virtual stop.

over 1700 listings,powerseller,top rated blah blah.you guys are all correct.something happened a month ago and my sales tanked.At a time when i was listing tons all acrross the board in different categories.150 watchers and not even an offer.

not had a month like this in 4 years.

you would think id have some insite........but this time i dunno.

For 2019: The 35 day US government shutdown trimmed over 11 billion dollars from the US economy. Lots of people pulled back on spending during that time.
