Odd tracking...

This is odd...I sent an item expedited to Quebec from Ontario on Feb 1. I just received a message from a very patient buyer saying it has not arrived. Tracking shows it was in Richmond Quebec on Feb 6. It keeps bouncing back between Richmond and Monteral the last time on Feb 28.

Any idea what is happening here?

There may be a problem - I have one that am keeping an eye on and the Canada Post Tracking info looks like this:

I am not happy.

Mine has been a month in transit but keeps being rescanned so it has not vanished. I guess I'm off to the post office on Monday and asked the buyer to do the same at his end if he could. He purchased something else from me 2 weeks later and it arrive promptly. I had no idea this one had not until I got the mail earlier today.

It does not end there I have another one going to Philadelphia. It went from my home town of Ponoka AB to Edmonton to Richmond BC and then dropped off the end of the world. It has been 17 days and no further tracking. I have not heard from my buyer yet - but I will, unless on the off chance it will be delivered without anymore tracking info and he acknowledges receipt.

I have had one in the past do that. I think the tracking number was damaged.

Hi rosscd57, love Ponoka! Great rodeo town, my son-in-law rides rodeo, he is a champion bronc rider. Great restaurant there, the Wildflower Grill, the absolute best wild mushroom soup! We'll be back again this summer to visit, can't wait!

Hi Rossdc57. I have a connection to Ponoka too. My BIL was the high school principal for several years and relatives race in the chuckwagon events. Love the area too.
