Paypal labels not coming through again.

Anyone else not getting Paypal notifications on sales? An hour late here.

There seems to be a problem with the Boards today and with Sell Similar, from reports here.

I was asked to "send an invoice" to a buyer today in Canada. I use Free Shipping so there was no reason for him not to have received one from eBay.

The problem is obviously with Paypal too, 6 hours since the sale, still nothing  from Paypal.

Since I won't ship until I see a payment in Paypal, I'm watching my PP account closely too.
