I got it on 4 different email accounts.
What exactly is copyright @2014

All current communications from PayPal read copyright 2015.
When you see "2014" you know some idiot copied the template but forgot to update the date!
You can always forward the message to spoof@paypal.com - including headers

I got this note also.
I logged into PAYPAL itself to see if there was any notification in there, there wasn't but I don't know where to look in the "new" PAYPAL screens.
Messages like this used to show up on my main summary page, but I don't find anything like that on the "new" PAYPAL summary page and don't know where they put them 😐

I think it must be legit. In one of my earlier posts i mentioned how I was having a hard time logging into my Paypal account. I finally could using IE but I still was jumping through hoops to get in. Anyway, in that email it mentions in the link for Merchant Security System Upgrade Guide, that users who use Verisign VIP Symantec to log in should uninstall it. I have just done that, and I can now log in perfectly using Google Chrome. Site is still secure. So....must be something in it.
