I didn't know there was such a thing as private feedback.
i just learned of it tonight after I went to check this buyer, who is giving me some troubles, feedback.
Surprise.....even if he/she has almost 900 feedbacks really you can see any.
I don't think that is fair......any thoughts?

I'm confused as I see no sales in a long time on your ID or do you use another ID. On this one I don't see any high scam items at all.
Also, what does this have to do with private feedback?

The sale is not on this ID and the buyer is in US and I am in Canada.
How do I create a return label? If Anyone knows please let me know.

Until recently, the only way has been to send the buyer money through Paypal's Send Money service, tagged as being for postage.
Then if it isn't used that way, the seller can file a Not Received or Not As Described (???) claim and get the money back.

The Shape and Size icon is the one you want for the best price. You MUST have Confirmation of Delivery.
Use your records to see the dimensions and weight of your package.
It is possible that the new Shippo! service will allow Canadians to buy USPS shipping labels directly.
No one has reported trying this yet.

I have tried to buy it through Shippo but I couldn't.
The service is not available. Isn't supported by Canada Post.
Tried to switch carriers and use USPS. Still not a go.

Sorry if I use the link that you provided to buy the label through the usps site, how does it work?
Have you or anyone else used it?
I must admit I am afraid to mess things up, if I don't understand what and how to do it.

I had a buyer in Germany with private feedback. She purchased something from me and then claims it was not received. I have my doubts, but I have blocked her from any future purchases. If I could have my way I would block all buyers with private feedback. It just makes me very suspicious even more than before.

There apparently is a way for ebay Canada users to set up a usps label but I'm not sure how. You could try the help desk at Shippo.
But if your buyer has already asked ebay to step in you need to phone ebay cs to ask them to give you some extra time. Tell them that you offered to send her the money for shipping since you can't print a label for a buyer in another country but that the buyer doesn't want you to do that.
The USPS link that the other poster give you is to figure out how much the postage would be so that you could send the buyer the money. I don't think that you can purchase postage on that site because you aren't in the U.S.
How much was the figurine? If it is damaged is it worthwhile to pay to get it back or would it be best just to refund the buyer without requiring a return.
