Rate Table Editing not working on Desktop

When I go to edit one of Shipping Rate Tables, I make changes but I can't see the Save Icon while using the desktop version of Ebay. I try to change the size of the open edit window, I try to scroll left and right, but it doesn't work.

Anyone know a workaround to help me in this regard.

Do I have to use the mobile version to make the changes?

Haven't been able to edit shipping policies on desktop for few days now:

My workaround was to use android chrome (desktop site mode)on a mobile device.
