I have had them take several hours between ebay saying it was paid and actually showing up in PAYPAL. I don't remember any being this long. This has happened to me at least a couple times in the last 6 months.
I do not think the buyer did anything, I'm sure they paid when they bought it.
But would the Paypal transaction on the Paypal site not show the same time as the payment? The actual time on Paypal was about 18 hours apart.
My opinion is no. Ebay failed to make the connection to PAYPAL. PAYPAL doesn't care when ebay thought the transaction happened, they'd show the time when the transaction reached them from ebay....but that is just my opinion....
Whether it's PAYPAL or eBay, I still believe the buyer actually paid when they purchased it, the problem is either an eBay or PAYPAL one....
I paid yesterday online with credit card, but there is no record after on ebay.ca. I might be cheated. I have contacted the seller many time with no reply. There is nothing about order, shipping, etc.
