Listings must be made April 27 or April 28 (Eastern Time zone).

$1 cap on item sale price FVF plus a $1 cap on item shipping FVF.

Once the listing period has ended you need to click on "view expired offers" to see the promo details of the items you have listed. $1 FVF portion of the offer still does work if the items sell.

Does the promo still work if the listings are sold to US buyers?

eBay does not care where the Buyer is located for this promo. A sale is a sale.

Just to be sure:  I see that the listings have to be created before the deadline, but how long do we have to sell them before the offer expires?  For Good Till Cancelled listings does that mean that the offer is good until the items sell?

According to the promotion @sylviebee  Valid from Saturday April 27, 2019 00:00:01 ET until Sunday April 28, 2019 23:59:59 ET. Maximum fee per sold listing is $1. Applies to final value fees on up to 5 listings. No insertion fees apply. Item must sell within 30 days of listing. T&Cs apply.  Does make things a bit confusing when 30 day listings will soon turn into GTC listings.

The promotion is for dotCA. This is only the end of April...there are still 2 months yet before GTC kicks in on dotCA.

Once the item ‘relists’ for another 30 days, the promo won’t be valid.
