I posted about this before. As far as I know 14 day returns are still allowed in collectibles categories like stamps. I just received this:
Hi widgetc,
Some of your listings need to be updated in order to comply with eBay policies or security changes.
What do you need to do?
I am worried about them not relisting. I have posted on this before. Can you imamagine how quickly we would be suspened as sellers if our customer service was as poor as eBay's service to sellers is?

Edit your listings in bulk.... 200 listings with each step and done very quickly
and all listings will have the same 30 days....
You do not have to know which listings do not have the 30 days.
This would be done very quickly.......
This should apply to any action even if there are only a few listing with a problem
Doing something with one's listings should also stimulate the search engine...

Even better.... edit 500 listings at a time.
Go to the listings page.... in Seller Hub
As a test select three (3) listings
click on...Edit ... Edit Selected ......at the upper left corner... For those first three listings
To select all listings.. click at the top of the column of clickable boxes
Then click on ... Edit field..... Return Policy.... Edit in Bulk .....Save and close....
and follow through with editing in bulk.
3 listings in the test, or 500 listings as noted below
Do several tests to make yourself feel comfortable...
Then edit 500 listings at once Edit 1-500, edit 500 to 1000, edit 1000 to 1500.... and more
Within one hour all of the listings will have a 30 day return number....
When editing starts, some listings may have the correct number and some will not....
After editing all listings will have the same number.... 30 days.
----------------------------------------------
Even if one has only a few listings with an error.... Edit all listings and all listings will have that same 30 days... unless problem listings have been identified by eBay.....

Hi @widgetc - following up on this.
The final implementation of this was rolled out yesterday (the part that covered email notifications).
You should be able to create listings with 14 day returns in the mentioned categories, as well as no longer receive notices that your listings are noncompliant.
If you do receive any other notices regarding your return policies for items please let me know!
