The weekly Ebay payout didn't show up in my bank account yesterday. It's been very reliable for months but yesterday no money was deposited. Anyone else have a payout payment not show up?

I too am missing 8,586.23 US$ from feb 4th non-payout with no communication from ebay other than responding to my call and creating a service ticket.
Now because it is in US $ and I always convert it to Canadian funds using my Wise Account (because they have the best exchange rates) I have lost 7% of my value due to the weakened US$ over the last 2 weeks. that is equal to $858 Canadian at today's rate. Who is going to pay for that. That does not include interest on money i put in to subsidize the non payment. This is not acceptable,

Same here Where did it go?

I've just noticed that eBay has 'charged' (and convicted) me for a 'late delivery' for a sale I shipped via Lettermail the same day as the sale and that Canada Post took three weeks to deliver.
I can't help but detect a wee bit of irony here.

@fergua3 wrote:it wasn't all, many people did get their Feb 4 payouts. But an ever growing number of us did not. CS is useless, telling the same lie over and over. Zero communication from Ebay and it looks like even devon@ebay has cut us loose.
Time to take this to social media? Maybe Ebay.ca is having cash problems afterall, so they can't afford to send us the money they owe us until they recover it from whatever hacker or employee stole it. Clearly it was stolen. It does not take this long to fix a glitch where the money is still in Ebay's hands.,
With lack of an actual real response or an acknowledgement that it is high on their radar, it gives the impression that situations such as these are entirely acceptable. When they get fixed is when they get fixed. End of story. Yet fees, late undescribed postage charges, amended charges and those mystery charges we sometimes see, can come out whenever, but almost always with the highest priority.

For what it's worth I sent the following to any ebay email address I could come across:
I am reaching out to you directly because every other attempt to resolve this matter has utterly failed.
My scheduled eBay payout from February 4 has not been received. On February 7, the status changed to "In Progress," and it has remained stuck there ever since. This is completely unacceptable.
This is not just my issue—dozens of sellers, as reported on eBay’s own forums, are experiencing the same problem. Despite repeated inquiries, eBay's customer support has been entirely unhelpful, providing vague responses, empty assurances, and no real solutions.
Let me be clear: This is theft. eBay is withholding sellers’ funds with no explanation, no transparency, and no resolution in sight. Sellers rely on these payouts to sustain our businesses, and this ongoing delay is causing financial harm.
I demand immediate action. This issue must be addressed, payouts must be released, and sellers deserve a clear, public acknowledgment of what is happening. If this is not resolved promptly, I—along with many others—will have no choice but to escalate to regulatory authorities and public channels.
I expect your urgent response and a firm commitment to fixing this immediately.

So we have at least one person missing $1500 and another with over $10,000 CAD missing.
Now i think we are beginning to see why Ebay is so scared and so silent. The total is clearly very high and they can't or won't make it up out of their own pocket.
This story is definitely ready for prime time tv now.

I am not familiar with this Website but it is interesting, Ebay has refused to talk to them concerning
the Feb 4th payout.

Interesting read. Provides a good summary of the situaton.

Stuff like this happening is probably a really good reason for people to switch to daily payouts. It should at least lessen the impact if something does go wrong.

Can’t really argue with that. I just prefer weekly as it allows time for most of my shipping label charges to be actually charged from my funds so accounting is a little easier

I do weekly as well to not incur a bunch of bank fees for deposits. I have a small business bank account and pay a fee every time money is put in, so having it put in once a week seems to be the ideal situation to get my my money relatively quickly and keep the fees down. I also pay the brick and mortar store for my items on a weekly basis, so we have a schedule that eBay pays me on Tuesday and I bring them a cheque on Wednesday.
