What are your peak selling days?
My items tend to sell best near the end of the week and the end of the month. Is this consistent site wide? ... Is there a place to find statistics like this?

My peak selling days are consistently inconsistent.

That is exactly the same for me.
In fact for the last 20 years (wow I can't believe I've been here that long!!!!) I've never understood AT ALL how the patterns of purchase happen, despite my best efforts, primarily in the first 10 years, now I just don't worry about it.
I do still cling to the belief that Friday night and Sunday night are better times, but I have no evidence that that is true anymore. Old habits die hard. In fact in the old days my belief was that Saturday was an AWFUL day to list. One of my better ending days was a couple Saturdays ago.....
I do think there are times of day that are higher, I've noticed (I'm in ET):
-morning sales have a much higher % of european buyers (it is evening there). Australians tend to happen in the morning too, I have no idea how much they are ahead.
-evening sales tend to be higher North American buyers
-sales here between 11 pm and 5 am seem to be a bit of everything (I still can't believe how many sales happen between 1am and 5 am LOCAL time......)

same boat for me as well. sales are all over the place.. i still believe for auction, Saturday or Sunday, between 6-7 pm. is the best ending time.. But for when i do the most sales, with buy-it-now is not even track able.. it is not even close to making a pattern..that i can do anything with..

When most listings are Fixed Price, sales happen when the customer wants them to.
When we list becomes pretty much unimportant.
How customers Search may be the criterion.
I think I'm an outlier, using Highest Price plus Shipping First.
A lot of the GTC wailing seems to be from those who think Ending Soon/Just Listed are the most important Searches . (And those do seem to be part of the Cassini algorithm.)
But if the usual Search is Lowest Price First, then "when" becomes whenever the customer is around.
Which would seem to leave out business hours (9-8 EST to allow for time zones) as shopping hours with 6pm -1am EST (arrival home to bedtime) as the best hours for actual sales.
However, a lot of office computers have eBay bookmarked.

Auctions -- usually weekends.
BIN - days that end with a "y"

Any day something sells.

Ha, at this point in this year I'm nearly at the point of begging for a sale. Zero action in 6 days.

Since you're using a posting ID I can't see what you're selling.
When slow times like this affect me I:
-check sellers selling similar things to me, are their items selling
-check items similar to mine, are they selling
-see how sellers similar to me are selling combination auctions, BIN etc
-utilize other sellers tactics that might work for my stuff
-look for ways to make my stuff more visible than other sellers (auctions, promoted listings, sales, etc)
-experiment.

According to my Sales Report Plus for January 2019 best days for sales were Thursday/Friday. Worst days were Wednesday/Sunday. Going forward I will be in Hawaii on Wednesday/Sunday.

When listing auctions to end on a Sunday night or any other night for that matter, I have noticed one thing over the years. I usually have them end late to keep west coast customers in play. You will get more west coast buyers if you end auctions at 10-11:00 pm EST (7-8:00 in B.C. or California)

(reminder I'm a stamp guy)
This is exactly the same timeframe I've always "believed" was best to end items as well. I'm not sure I have actual proof of that anymore though.
However because I'm too cheap to pay the 11c on .COM to schedule listings (so far) and they're free on .CA to schedule, my auctions are listed when I list them on .COM (usually around noon ET or late in the afternoon ET) and on .CA scheduled between 10 and 10:30 ET in the evenings (I also believe Sunday night is best, however I've noticed Mondays and Tuesday seem to be strong these days as well - I've even had strong Saturdays which in the olden days were avoided like the plague).
Note that some of the stuff I sell is of interest to folks in Europe, Australia etc. If it is something selling well, I try to time it so it ends in the evening there too.....

I live in B.C. so I am in PT zone. I never do listings in the morning. I list items from 3-6pm PT. That way I cover those in ET zones who are 3 hours difference 6-9pm.
