buyer claims item wasn't accurately described 9 months after sale

In May, 2020 I listed an item for auction described as Vintage William Kurelek print. It was a framed print which I was selling as I found it, and which I listed with a starting bid of $29 with no expectation of getting much more or of even getting a bid.  To my surprise there were 2 or 3 bidders and it ended up selling for about $400.  The buyer left positive feedback after receiving it but now has sent a message saying that she was reframing and discovered that it is what she describes as a simple graphic (?)  She claims that calling it a print refers to it being a high quality image that must meet certain standards. I disagree with her about the use of the word 'print' as there are obviously many types and qualities of prints and I think I described it appropriately.  She now wants me to deal with her concern. I know that at this stage, ebay will not get involved with this but I would certainly appreciate some feedback on how others might deal with such an issue.   Thank-you

Can you check your original description?  It probably is not available through eBay, but might be visible through the PP invoice.

Unless you described it as a first edition/ signed/ numbered / limited edition, which I doubt you did since you considered it worth under $50, she was gambling that you had underdescribed it.

I'm guessing that the previous owner had framed a calendar page or a page from a coffee table book. Perhaps it was even purchased originally in the gift shop of an art museum.

Put her on your Blocked Bidder List. She can still communicate with you, but that would stop any attempt at auction interference.

@ricarmic has a number of boilerplate letters and may have one that could be used to send her away.

Thanks very much, your reply is most helpful.  I did not describe it in any way as being anything special other than a nice image and you are probably right about her gambling that it was something more.
