can't send a second partial refund offer

We have an item that a buyer started a return request on, we sent a partial refund offer that was rejected but we and the buyer later came to an agreement for a partial refund but now the option for a partial refund is gone. Is there anyway to send another one?

Since you are in touch with the buyer over a transaction you are allowed to exchange contact information, including Paypal addresses.
