Invite only. Runs until the end of the month for up to 1000 listings.
The 25% FVF discount is only on sales in certain categories.
Posting the listing is NOT FREE (unless part of your usual free listing allowance).
Qualifying Listings are limited to these categories:

Was invited and I do have a stack of Canadian SF books I was planning to dump at my local bookstores this weekend. Decisions, decisions (especially since listing books on eBay.CA is currently only 5 cents each).

I received this offer too.
How long have book listings been at 5 cents? I had no idea … perhaps I'll consider trying to thin out some shelves. I've nothing else on their "in demand" list.

Only on eBay.CA -- eBay.COM is now up to 35 cents per BIN listing for books (and 12% on FVF).

The listing fee is based on the level of store a seller has.....
in relation to the number of free listings with each store level.

non-store sellers on.ca also have the 5c listing fee for Magazines and Music(vinyl LP records) - I have been listing in those categories for years and occasionally go over my 50 free listings per month @ the 5c listing fee...

Thats 5 cents plus tax = 6c. Includes cassette tapes, music cd's, and most dvd movies as well. We say "most " because for some strange reason certain dvd movies like 5% of them get charged full listing price instead of the 6 cents. Don't know about blurays we have never sold any.

Probably because they are not in the eBay.CA DVDs & Blu-ray Discs category.

I accepted this offer, took a screen shot where it says I did, in green, with
a start/end date - that was June 30 11:59:59, but now that it has expired, it no longer shows in my Offers History list - like all expired offers have in the past, as well the original email has disappeared!

Doesn't really matter.
I've had sales under this promo and in my account they have a "PROMO" notation beside them.
FYI - This promo IS showing in my expired offers section
