uncharged shipping labels

Now have almost a dozen uncharged shipping labels since Feb 18, 2025 and labels that have been charged since then show a different amount when originally purchased. Was called in.

I also have 2 Canada Post labels purchased on Feb 18th waiting for charges to show up.

One is Tracked Packet USA, the other is domestic expedited parcel.

Other labels since have been charged after the usual delay of a few days.

Me too, I have 15 labels waiting for the charge, but - seriously - what's the problem? 

Is this not the famous "buy now, pay later" promotion? 😃

What service are the labels using? Were you charged more or less for the labels that were processed?

They are all canada post. Usually charged $1-2 less. There were labels that were charged since then and now. Canada and US. Normally charged for all label purchases within 24-48 hours of purchase. Prefer not to be all of a sudden charged for 20-30 uncharged labels.

Canada Post had an unannouced discount last month that appeared to apply to eBay labels as well (10% off). That's likely why you were charged less. I don't know why the delay is happening. It seems to happen from time to time and is very annoying.

devon@ebay  This issue appears to be back. They have been processing in 24 to 48 hours. No longer the case. Can you pass this back to support please?

The last day we were charged for shipping labels by eBay was on March 2 for labels that were purchased on February 28. We have not been charged for any shipping labels that we have purchased yet this month. We ship via both Canada Post and UPS. We are waiting to be charged for more than a dozen labels.

We also did not receive a payout today, despite having available funds. Our payouts are daily. All of our other payouts this month have been processed correctly.

devon@ebay  Something's not right and needs to be addressed.

Just a quick follow up: eBay sent our payout this afternoon around 1:45 pm Atlantic time. This is by far the latest daily payout we have received in memory. Still waiting to be charged for shipping labels.
