In my case, they took $10 more from my credit card than the "total at checkout".

PB took $61.73 and the seller, $237.72 (total: $299.45 CAD). $260.69 USD is what my total at checkout was. Which when I checked on that day should have been around $290?

Oh well. Never again.

(Or unless the deal is super, super amazing. We all have weaknesses!)

Sounds to me more like a conversion issue with PayPal than anything to do with the Global Shipping Program.  Having said that, I remember only U.S. dollar amounts when I did checkout for my GSP item.
