I have a package purchased from ebay and there is no way to tell where it is!
It spent 7 days being handled by ebay and now it has fallen off the map and has missed the delivery date as shown on mu ebay account.
Very, very frustrating!
The first tracking number, the FedEx one, is actually from the original shipper to the ebay warehouse.

OK- the timing is backwards which I always find confusing but.
It seems to have spent a while in Customs over the weekend but was that also the US President's Day?
Today is Feb 27, and while there is another weekend in there, that is a slow movement.
It is probably in the hands of Canada Post now but
it has fallen off the map and has missed the delivery date as shown on mu ebay account.
You have the right to open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of the page.
Be sure to state that shipping is being handled by the GSP/Global Shipping Program/Pitney Bowes (they are all the same thing- we're just covering all bases here).
Ask eBay to step in and Escalate to a Claim.
There may still be some delay in refunding you, particularly if eBay has more information than you about the location.
But if GSP cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded.
Keep in mind that the seller is not involved in this because her responsibility ended when FedEx delivered to Erlanger. But it might be useful to her, if you drop a note telling her about this misadventure.
My only concern, since in over 30 years in mail order I consider 20 days a reasonable time for delivery from anywhere in North America, is that stopover in Erlanger while they considered Customs implications. Your seller may not have clearly indicated the place of manufacture (which is how duty is assessed not where you bought it) or exactly what was in the package.
This means the package may have been opened, examined and resealed or repackaged. By a bored clerk making $7.65 an hour. Fingers crossed.

I have a package using GSP in transit at the moment and there have been at least four emails to tell me where it is. Is your email registered to ebay current and checkable?

Good point.
EBay sent me an email which also had this :
If you have further questions please contact eBay customer service and have your Item ID # (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) available for reference.
This will only be my fourth GSP purchase, because I avoid the service as much as possible. It will be interesting to see how quickly it arrives.

Ebay sent an initial shipment notice via email which was the FedEx # from the supplier to GPS.
All current info is seen above. There is nothing since the 19th of Feb.

Is there any further information when you try tracking it on
https://parceltracking.pb.com/ ?
There should be an option near the top of the second page (after you've entered the tracking code) to track the item on the carrier's website (usually Canada Post).
Having said that, tracking just tells you where your item has been. It's more important that you receive your item than know where it is. If it somehow ended up in Antarctica, you're not really that much further ahead knowing that.

Thank you for the help everyone. I ended up calling ebay customer service. They also could not track the shipment past the Feb 19th date and had no idea where it was. Thus they refunded my purchase.
The PB tracking site also shows the package still in Erlanger, Kentucky.
