Check your junk mail -- Canada Post has another freebie

Looks like Canada Post is trying to get people interested in sending letters again by reducing mailing cost to zero.

Got a flyer in the today with a postage paid postcard included.

Badly designed marketing flyer -- nothing on the outside to indicate it had something free inside.

We have a philatelic friend who is collecting them already.

I have seen two varieties so far:

Wishing I were there / Tu me manques on red card.

Sending smiles / Je t'embrasse  on blue card.

I fished a whole bunch of them out of my apartment buildings recycling bin.

In 50 or 60 years I will be flipping them on eBay and becoming incredibly rich  😀

I got the Sending Hugs one. Since I haven’t seen my granddaughter in over a year due to Covid I’ll be sending my postcard to her.

I too almost tossed it, it looked like generic junk mail. They should have included a better image on the one side so it would look less like junk.
