I see only one current listing from you under the ID you used to post here. It's for Maple Leafs memorabilia, it was listed on the Canadian site (the currency used is Canadian dollars), and you've only specified shipping rates for within Canada.
I'm confused here by both what you and your buyer have said.

You don't have Canada set in your shipping options (aside from the one listing @marnotom! indicated).

When you list on dotCOM, Domestic shipping is considered to be from the USA.
We set our shipping for US customers as Flat Rate and From an International Location.
When we list on dotCOM but want to ship to Canada, we use Flat Rate again, but list as Ships To-> Destination-> Canada.

If you are listing on.COM, be careful how you apply the shipping costs...on.COM, the domestic shipping refers to USA(as you are listing on the USA site), then Canada becomes the "International" destination.
