About EBay's 15% Discount

I have a buyer in France and before I message her I though I'd ask you guys.

She's in France.   Does anyone know if the current 15% off promo with the code PRIMOSALE will also be valid in France?

I list on eBay.com.

Those are the rules for .CA

Here are the rules for .COM

Max one-time use. Only eBay users registered with an address located in the United States, Canada, Latin America or the Caribbean are eligible for the Coupon.   

France is still toast though......

I went to the ebay.fr site to see if they had any 15% coupon, it doesn't look like they do....

It's funny how the 15% off banner appears on the listing page on my items on eBay.CA but there is no banner on the listing page on eBay.COM.

Coupons are regional specific as they come out of separate marketing budgets for each market.

Thanks to everyone for all the help.

I LOVE these coupons.  I've used every one of them and I also contact any buyers I have on the line and give them the head's up too.

So glad I didn't message my French buyer.  🙂

I don't think she'd be a happy camper if she knew.
