Above standard percentages?

Hi everyone.

I have been selling full time for a year now and it has been going well. I never paid much attention to the Top Seller program before but knew I qualified.

I just started reading on it and see that "Shipping Time" has to be above 5%. I looked and mine is 2.77%. So sometimes people say they don't get it in time. That is out of 288 transactions (900 total but these left feedback).

I'm kind of worried now about that going above 5%. I can only keep doing what I'm doing.

What happens if it goes below 5%. Do I just lose the Top Seller credentials? At what percentage does it start limiting my account or something? I can't see what percentage qualifies for above standard. Thanks for any help!

Above standard percentages?

Late shipment rate has to be under 5% (or if less than 100 sales no more than 5 cases) in the time period evaluated. If you get above 10% eBay might start sending warning messages/suggestions.

If you go over limit you lose (eventually) TRS status and the 20% discount on Final Value Fees.

I've always noticed in their wordings that they say they "may" contact you or take actions....if you go over the percentages.

I don't recall so far seeing anything in the boards here from someone who did have something happen to them because they went over the %.... or perhaps I missed it......
