Does anyone know how long we have to ship the parcel after printing off the label? I need to print a label today but won’t be able to ship it until Friday or possibly even Monday.

It takes 2 or 3 months before the label drops out of view on the Canada Post system.

So mailing delay of a few days is no problem.

im getting same response as musicyouneed from a couple weeks ago.  on snapship, no expedited option.  waiting for call back.  wondering if bait & switch, typical CP incompetence, or browser issue (safari vs chrome).  Either way this is taking up too much of my time, maybe this is how they make us pay for it.

problem & solution, and maybe this will help anyone else figure out what the heck happened:  I guess you can sign up in your small business solutions account as a "personal" user in addition to being a "business".  Apparently I did this when I originally opened this account.  CP agent deleted my old profile over the phone and I am opening up a 'business' profile account.  hahaha.  Why the heck there is even an option to open a "personal" account under a program entitled "solutions for SMALL BUSINESS" is beyond me but anyways, check and see as anyone encountering the same problem may have done the same thing.
