Change of Address - Should I Cancel?

I sold something and my buyer sent me a message about an hour after the sale stating her address is wrong, so she messaged me the correct one.

I recall reading here that the address the seller ships to need to match the PayPal & Ebay address for seller protection, correct?

Should I cancel because of "problem with address" and inform my buyer she needs to fix her address on ebay and PayPal prior to repurchasing?

If not it doesn't matter, you aren't protected anyway.

I regularly send to alternate addresses and I so far do not ever recall any problems, but remember I live in the "safer" stamp world. (Until I wrote this which may curse me of course!)

Yes, it's a higher priced item being tracked. It looks like maybe she's moved (same city), and hasn't used ebay/paypal in a while, so it's just old info.

Yes, if the buyer claims an inr, the delivery confirmation needs to show that the item was delivered to the payment address in order for you to win.  It’s totally up to you on how you handle it.  If it’s an inexpensive item I’ve sent an item to a different address without a problem but if you aren’t comfortable with doing that, cancel with problem with address.  

Make sure that the ID that messages you about the change was the same ID that made the purchase before you do anything.

Doesn't the delivery address on ebay need to match the payment address on PayPal, also?

The address used when the payment is made is the one that will show up on both ebay and Paypal.  When a buyer checks out on ebay, they are shown the shipping address that they normally use, if they want to use another address, that is when they would choose the other address. The address chosen will show on the payment on both ebay and on Paypal...you won't see any other address.
