Weird! All my GTC items that should have renewed today have vanished!

Really! I went to check on an item which I absolutely know was in my active items due to roll over today and it wasn’t there. I looked at 2 other items that were due to roll over in a few minutes and checked and they also disappeared. None of my items with ending dates of Oct. 5 have rolled over. They were all fairly new items too. My active item count didn’t change so hopefully just a glitch and they will reappear tomorrow.

I just checked and have had this happen as well.  Roughly 75 items rolled over today and they have all disappeared.  I probably wouldn't have noticed yet but someone had asked about an item earlier in the day that was rolling over today and the item has since disappeared.  I don't know what's going on, eBay better get this fixed and relist the items.

I was just going to start a thread about this very issue when I saw yours.... I've lost 8 so far. I watch some of my listings and they now appear in my ended listings. When I click on them they say your "item is for sale" but they are not found in my active listings (desktop, mobile phone etc... ).

There's definitely some kind of indexing issue happening.  My active item count is currently down 8 items from 772 to 764. More listings will probably end over night.

Definitely just an indexing delay... the missing listings are slowly reappearing in my active listings.

I'm now at 768 of 772.

Another data point:

I had one GTC item roll over at 10am ET on Oct 5 on ebay.ca with no problems.

I have a reverse situation. Sellers Hub states I have 32 listings ending today(Tuesday). When I click on the tab only 16 display. They may index later? We shall see. Not the first time I've seen something similar. Same thing happens with Offers to reply to, Messages, Items to ship that were already shipped. Ahh, the nuances of Sellers Hub.

Thanks for the tag @silverpinups!

There are a number of  tech issues with Seller Hub that began last night. I'm not surprised that we're seeing some display issues with number of listings.

Issues with item display count should be corrected, but there are other issues that are still ongoing with Seller Hub. Most of them are sections of the Hub displaying "We ran into a problem and can't show the following". That's still in process of being resolved. Thanks!

I have no problem with mine, but I am not using seller hub yet, so I think I get less problems. One of these days I have to change over to it.

As far as I can tell that is because in one spot it is giving the number of listings that have today as the end date versus number of listings that will end later today (stuff that has already renewed today is excluded).

@ypdc_dennis

As a side note, I try to go through a quantity of listings each day to proof and touch up to bring them back to life. Those numbers were before those changes were made.
