Does anyone here live near the 600 block of The East Mall in Toronto Ontario?

I have a buyer that lives on that St/Rd and it looks to me (on google) like it's an apartment building but she never provided a suite number.  I have sent 2 emails and even phoned, no answer.  

If someone lives near there or knows the area can you send me a message, I just want to verify the address with someone who knows.

Is this a new buyer? Like just signed up today? If not, I would assume he or she knows where he/she lives and mail it to the address that they provided.

Your alternative is to cancel stating a 'problem with the buyer address'.

Or ship with tracking so that if the item is returned to you as Undeliverable, you have a paper trail.

She has never purchased anything although signed up a couple of years ago.  I would really like to find out as I don't wish to cancel.  We are only talking a $5 item with free shipping.   So sending it with tracking is out of the question.

Be sure to use mail service with tracking number to protect yourself.
