Here's an interesting scenario, I've check from several different handles and have gotten the same result. We listed a Swarovski R2-D2 figurine today, and when it became visible on eBay this is what is looks like in search. When you click on the flower, it shows our actual listing. We have the flower up for sale as well, but it has nothing to do with the R2D2 figurine. Any thoughts?

Very odd and I can’t thonk of any possible explanation.

Me either. Sigh. So I wonder what will happen if someone purchases the item thinking that they're purchasing a flower figurine? I wonder if our our friends at eBay would have our backs on this. If it doesn't correct itself by morning I suppose I'll have to end the listing and try again. What's a little inconvenience between friends, right? Wow.

I don't think that it's the catalogue, as there are no item specifics that would be tricking it. Also, I doubt that the catalogue would use a picture of one of our other active listings, especially a used item. But, who knows, I've ended the listing and double checked everything on the relist (actually, on the sell similar). I guess that I'll find out once it's visible in userland.

The new item is 362294499859 and it's displaying correctly now. Very strange.

A week or so ago when I was loading pictures from my own computer to my item (postage stamps) in the "sell a similar item" process one of the pictures that showed up out of 5 pictures was of a bulk lot of belt sander sandpaper belts.
For certain the picture was not from me or mine. My suspicion is that someone who was also loading up pictures for a bulk lot of belt sander belts found a picture of stamps amongst their pictures.
I just deleted all the pictures and reloaded them again and it was fine.
Fortunately mine happened before it was uploaded so all was good.
Just another of the odd glitches out there...

There's certainly no shortage of them. On the bright side, almost immediately upon relisting we received a message from someone asking why we had ended the listings for the flowers 🙂
Have a great weekend everyone.
