Is the ebay system down?

I am trying to do a promotion and on both .ca and .com it shows.   Anyone else encountering this?  What is the scoop?

Seems to be working now, but no wonder we are having issues with it being super slow.

I haven't been able to create a promotion all day.

Same here we tried several times yesterday

Then just tried a min ago and still can't create promoted listings...not only that I don't have any history of my previous promoted listings

Seems to be an on again off again glitch.

I see a note that "Promotional Listing may not have been added "every now and then on dotCA, usually if I am listing a bunch of titles, but all the Promotions do seem to turn up.

I haven't seen that announcement though.
