Unable to reply to potential buyer, Secure Connection Failed

I just had a buyer who wants to combine shipping, but they get the message that I don't combine shipping. I tried to reply to them but then I get this message.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to mesg.ebay.ca. Peer’s Certificate has been revoked.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

What am I supposed to do?

Try again later or see if having your browser in “in-private” or “incognito” mode somehow makes a difference.

Incognito mode is good advice. Sometimes there is an issue tied to previous sessions with websites (I don't know the technical reason). Incognito mode is a blank slate.

Another option would be to try replying using the mobile app. 

Lastly, you can try replying with the opposite eBay site that you use. If you use .ca regularly, sign in on .com and try replying.

Some users get results with a reboot, but the error may reoccur.

You may be able to check your messages using the eBay app.
