What is that dark blue "P" after my titles?

I can't remember what the dark blue P is that shows after my item titles when I go to my store homepage. Does anyone know?

Someone else let me know that it means Paypal. I hadn't even noticed it as I always use list view and you can only see it when looking at a store in gallery view

It does look like the P for the PayPal.
