In my emails, it arrived on Nov 26. And in My eBay Messages, the 27th.

Yup no coupon here despite double-checking that I had it activated early on. I can't wait to wait on hold for half an hour to an hour to be told that the promotion never existed despite having a link to the terms for it.

I still haven’t received anything myself. I took a screen shot the day I activated the promo, so I have an actual time stamp of when I activated it. I’ve confirmed that I’ve sold items that were listed after the promo was activated, the buyer received and gave feedback all within the time frame. Not sure what could be wrong. A little disappointed right now but we’ll see what happens.

Haven't gotten mine either, I have little hope ebay will hold up its end.  Probably a big loss for them even doing this promo.  It is a bummer as I was looking forward to treating myself to something nice for $50 for the holidays.

Never received the coupon as well. I contacted support on twitter (@AskeBay) who were not very helpful, they just took my account information and after a few hours ultimately  just told me to contact ebay Canada at 866-278-1053. Customer service was receptive and "are going to investigate" which will take 24-48 hours (so they say), i'm somewhat hopeful it will be resolved. Hopefully the staff member that posted earlier has some ability to ensure all of us get what was promoted.

I have also not received my coupon, and like @jolab_4 and several other users in the thread, I have also dealt with eBay customer service reps in the past where I've tried to get my promotional offer sorted out, only for the rep to claim it never existed/repeatedly put me on hold.

Does anyone have the fine print for the offer that clearly mentions the 5.00 coupon for accepting? I believe one person stated that it was ONLY for persons using the APP. If that is the case, that almost sounds discriminatory. Hmmm.  What about us poor folks still on PC's?  The offer was so long ago I don't recall that particular specific so any clarification would be appreciated.

Thanks for letting me know @renata6! I'm working to get more information for those folks who reported not getting the coupons. I will update this thread as I have more info. Thanks!
