so got a iphone for sale see some one is watching the unit  how do I see the person watching it and make offer or do they see it once price lowered ? thanks

It shows up in your selling listing as "send an offer". It usually takes 24 hours since being added to Watchlist before it shows up (at least that's my experience).

You may not be able to send an offer as the "watcher" as they may have the option not to receive "offers" activated.
