where you changed banks as a seller and got kicked down to 500 items to list after 21 years ?

and yes i'm a top rated seller , 100% positive !

now i have to wait 30 days to beg for a increase in listings !!

and they deleted more than 62 listings since i changed banks thats been there for years and years !

my feed back profile as agent said i was new ?!

That's concerning...

I wanted to change the bank account of our business linked in our eBay account because we switched bank. I guess I will not... I don't want to lose listings while they activate the change...

I will then wait before doing so. Good thing I kept our old bank account active...

Can you keep us updated on this issue?

Maybe devon@ebay  could look at this, and provide some insight.

It sounds ridicuolus that past history and listing will get deleted just for changing banking info.

There is a pattern where humans have no ability to over-ride the bots.

Have you tried reaching out through Facebook?  That is generally recommended to interact with real eBay employess versus contractors.   Still would not hold my breath expecting a reversal but it may be worth a try.

this happened to me a couple of years ago and it took me about a year to recover I was held back at 500 listings with each week or so they added as few more it took me about like I say a year to at that time to get back to my 2600 listings I had then -- nothing to do I tried everything,  asked everywhere for advice, but everyone said it was  a random thing they do and its a bitter pill to follow but has to be done  I feel for your pain just keep plugging it will all turn around later than sooner but it does turn---

had over 18,000 hockey cards listed , all they would say is " come back in a month and ask for a incress and show that you have proven yourself " when i ask what i have to prove after 21 years all he said was " come back in a month " and ended the chat.

I would personnally be very **bleep** and honestly... that would be a deal breaker for me doing business on eBay... That's so much money and time lost that I couldn't make eBay profitable anymore with that kind of lost in listings... Some businesses on eBay have paid employees. Imagine all that time paid lost.

It's weird that only a change of bank account trigger this... So basically, it means we are stucked with the same bank account forever or lose our business on eBay...

Did you change anything else in our account? Only the bank account?
